Boeing [ NYSE: BA] announced today that it has received a contract from Inmarsat to build three new Ka-band satellites (called Inmarsat-5 series) to add to Inmarsat's current mobile satellite services fleet. |

Arianespace to launch Intelsat-20 and GSAT-10 |

Arianespace announced today that it has been chosen by Intelsat to launch its Intelsat-20 satellite during the second quarter of 2012.

It was also announced that Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has chosen Arianespace to launch its GSAT 10 communications satellite.

The Ariane 5’s evening mission from the Spaceport successfully orbited NILESAT 201 for Egyptian-based Nilesat, and RASCOM-QAF1R for the Pan-African satellite operator, RascomStar-QAF.
